Processing time Orders are processed and usually ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery

• FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $79.
• Orders under $79: a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days within the US and 10–20 business days internationally, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order to your door.

Customs & duties (international orders) Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated or your package seems lost, email us at support@yoyobuddy.store and we'll help track it down and make it right.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute packages once shipped, and re-delivery for incorrect addresses may incur extra cost.
